NCDAK is the leading NCDs organization whose Vision and Mission mandates it to carry out evidence based advocacy which encompasses the entire spectrum of the NCDs continuum of care: which includes; prevention and promotion, treatment and curative care, palliative and rehabilitative care. For NCDAK to effectively play its role as both an advocacy and service delivery membership organization, NCDAK’s secretariat, and its entire membership, needs to stay abreast of the latest knowledge and evidence base of scientific, economic, social and political information to be able to meaningfully play its role as a watchdog organization to apply a whole societal approach to NCDs prevention and control.
