The Secretariat is based at the Nairobi Office, with frequent travels to the field sites. It drives the day-to-day operations of NCD Alliance Kenya. The team is led by Dr. Catherine Karekezi (PhD) as the Executive Director and Mr. Gideon Ayodo as the Program Manager. Mr. Ayodo oversees both programmatic and financial operations, leading a team of 2 finance and admin officers, 4 program officers, and 17 field-based clinical staff.
