NCD Alliance Kenya seeks the services of consultant/s to establish the level of cardiometabolic diseases prioritization and financing in public and private medical diploma training institutions in Kenya. The process will involve analysing the planning documents such as strategic plans, annual work plans, departmental plans and budgets with a special focus on examining the CMDs’ prioritization, and resource allocation and formulate a concise report with clear recommendations in form of policy brief.
Scope of Work
In this assignment, it is important that the consultant uses desk review and select key informant interviews with stakeholders within public and faith-based medical diploma training institutions. This assignment will entail the following tasks:
a) Review of the strategic plans, annual work plans, curriculum, departmental plans budgets and relevant reports to underscore the CMDs prioritization and resource allocation.
b) Conduct selects key informant interviews.
c) Develop a succinct and factual report detailing the current prioritisation and budget status for CMDs and recommendation in form of a policy brief.
Proposal Submission
Interested and qualified consultants are invited to submit a technical and financial proposal that includes the following:
1. Curriculum Vitae of the consultant detailing the reference list indicating the scope and magnitude of similar assignments, qualifications, registration, and other relevant statutory documents.
2. Financial bid indicating the amount in Kenya Shillings to undertake the task.
